The organization operates under a constitution that outlines the values, mission, and operational guidelines of Wamusyi In Diaspora.

 This constitution serves as the foundation upon which the organization is built, providing a clear  framework for decision- making, membership,  roles, responsibilities, and other aspects of the group’s functioning. 

The leadership team, as well as the broader membership, abide by the constitution’s principles and adhere to its provisions in order to maintain transparency, accountability, and fairness in the organization’s operations. 

Through its established leadership structure and constitution, Wamusyi In Diaspora ensures that its activities are organized, purposeful, and aligned with the best interests of its members.
